Our Team

We are a team of practitioners who have worked on the inside of organizations to lead them, advance advocacy, and build movements. From this experience, we intimately know both the opportunities and the challenges nonprofits face today.

Lisa Misch

Lisa is a nonprofit strategist and operations leader with a background in AmeriCorps and community-based food systems work. Lisa joined RAFI in 2017, eventually serving as the Managing Director of Programs where she oversaw program strategy, staff development, and organizational sustainability. Since moving from RAFI to Red Clover Collaborative in 2025, she has focused on supporting nonprofits in building resilience through technical support, training, and collaborative design.

Advisory Council

Edna Rodriguez

A seasoned nonprofit leader, Edna is a trusted advisor to food and agriculture organizations, particularly for those seeking to deepen impact or support national food systems movements during times of transition. She is the former Executive Director of RAFI, where she led and deepened the organization’s impact while serving national food systems movements. In 2025, Edna transitioned from RAFI to focus on the Red Clover Collaborative in a full-time role. She is an expert in strategy, governance, and philanthropy advising.

The Advisory Council provides guidance, oversight, and accountability to Red Clover Collaborative. Advisory Council members include trusted movement partners who are currently involved and possess expertise in nonprofit management, strategic planning, philanthropy, operations, program development, and powerbuilding within the food and farm system movements. Current Advisory Council members include:
